The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is excited to announce a series of free online coaching seminars, offering exclusive insights from top coaches and players in the sport. There will be three seminars, each featuring a 45-minute presentation followed by a 45-minute live Q&A session.

October 22: Join Troy Reh, a stalwart of the Carolina Chaos defense, as he shares strategies and techniques. Reh is a 2x PLL All-Star (’22, ’23) and PLL Champion in 2021. After coming into the MLL in 2018 as a member of the New York Lizards, Reh has been a mainstay with the Carolina Chaos since 2019. Since that time, Reh has become known for his relentless one on one defense, fast transition and ability to push the ball and spark offense. Troy played his college ball at University of Albany where he made the America East All-Conference First team 3 years in a row, was an Honorable Mention All-American and as USILA Scholar-Athlete.

November 14: Mike Sisselberger, renowned for his exceptional skills on the field, will discuss his approach to training and performance as a face off athlete. Sisselberger has been a PLL All-Star in both of his seasons as a pro (’23, ’24) and added a 2nd Team All-Pro selection in 2023. A PLL Champion in 2023, Mike Sisselberger returns to the finals once again in 2024 with the Utah Archers. Prior to his time in the PLL Sisselberger attended Lehigh University and his career highlights included setting the Patriot League and program record for faceoff percentage in a season (79.5 in 2021), program and Patriot League record for groundballs in a season (160 in 2021), program and Patriot League record for groundballs in a game (21 vs. Lafayette on Apr. 18, 2021), First team All-American (USILA, Media and USA Lacrosse Magazine) (2021).

December 12: Close out the year with Coach Mike Pressler, offering valuable insights on team building and game preparation. In his 2nd year as Head Coach for the New York Atlas, Coach Pressler led the team to the best regular season record in the PLL. He most recently served as head coach at Bryant University, where he led the Bulldogs to six NCAA tournament appearances. He was previously the head coach at Duke University, where he was a three-time ACC Coach of the Year, and the 2005 F. Morris Touchstone National Coach of the Year after leading the Blue Devils to a record 17-win season. Pressler was also named head coach of Team USA, leading the men’s national team to a gold medal at the 2010 World Championships.
